The Town of Florence is seeking input from residents, businesses, and daily commuters through a transportation survey to update its Transportation Plan. The survey aims to gather information on travel experiences, traffic congestion, safety concerns, and areas needing improvement. Recommendations from the Pinal Regional Transportation Study will also be taken into account to align local planning with regional priorities. The updated plan will reflect current conditions, including new neighborhoods, changing commuting patterns, and regional growth since the last study in 2018. By collecting community input, the Town hopes to make informed decisions regarding future roadway improvements and long-term transportation strategies. All community members are encouraged to participate in the short online survey before February 6 to provide their firsthand perspectives on transportation in Florence. |
